Employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs received operational information that S.T., born in 1998, was calling for the overthrow of the government through the organization of mass riots. This information was confirmed by the press service of the department.
In connection with these facts, a criminal case was initiated under Article 278 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning mass riots.
Based on the collected data, necessary investigative actions were carried out, including searches at the suspect's place of residence. S.T. was detained and taken to the Investigative Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for further investigation in accordance with the law.
The investigation is ongoing.
