According to human rights activist Gulshair Abdirasulova, the activist was found guilty of inciting mass riots. The court sentenced him to four years in prison, replacing the sentence with three years of probation.
It is worth noting that on August 7, during a press conference dedicated to the situation in sector No. 172 of the "Kok-Zhar" residential area, Aytaliev, on behalf of local residents, appealed to President Sadyr Japarov and the head of the State Committee for National Security Kamchybek Tashiev, asking them to stop the demolition of houses. As a result, he was detained.
According to the court, he was charged under part 3 of Article 278 "Calls for active disobedience to the lawful demands of representatives of authority and for mass riots" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
