A security guard of the cash collectors threw the car owner's mobile phone away
An incident occurred in Bishkek, during which a cash collector beat a driver and threw his phone away. This was reported by the press service of the Internal Affairs Department of the October District.
According to law enforcement agencies, on February 24, information about a conflict that occurred on 7 April Street was received by service 102.
This case was registered in the Internal Affairs Department's Journal, and a preliminary investigation has been initiated.
During the investigation, the employees of the Public Security Management identified and detained a citizen named A.A., born in 1991. Based on Article 126 (Petty Hooliganism) of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, he was placed in custody in a temporary detention facility.
