The incident has been recorded in the Incident Registration Journal (IRJ), and a preliminary investigation is currently underway.
As a result of the inquiry, four men were detained on charges of petty hooliganism (Article 126 of the Code of the KR on Offenses): G.A. (born in 1989), K.T. (born in 1997), P.L. (born in 2002), and Y.G. (born in 1996). All of them have been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Oktyabrsky District.
According to the decision of the Oktyabrsky District Court, each of the detainees has been fined 5,500 soms.
