It became known that a report was received by the Manas police from a local resident A. K., born in 2003. She reported that on January 2, around 21:00, while walking on Pushkin Street with a friend, a Hyundai Sonata car approached them. Four strangers jumped out of the car, threw a sheet over her friend, and forcibly pushed her into the vehicle, after which they drove away from the scene.
In response to this report, law enforcement agencies initiated a criminal case under the article "Kidnapping a person for the purpose of entering into marriage" according to the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, and soon detained the suspects, who are residents of the village of Kyzyl-Senir.
Two of the detainees, born in 1994 and 1993, were placed in a temporary detention facility.
It is reported that these four friends attempted to kidnap the girl for their single companion.
