During the investigative actions, he did not comply with the legal demands of the police and insulted them with obscene language.
As a result of the investigation, the materials were forwarded to the public safety service of the Pervomaisky District Police Department. A protocol was drawn up against Z.S. under Article 126 of the Code of Offenses (petty hooliganism), after which he was placed in a temporary detention facility.
