The girl used artificial intelligence technology to generate a photo with the president, which went viral on social media.
After the Bishkek City Police Department reviewed the material, the blogger was located and brought to the October District Court, where she was fined 5,500 soms.
According to the lawyer, the court's decision can be considered lenient, as creating such an image may be seen as a form of mockery and violates the law.
