Law enforcement agencies reported the hooligan behavior of the suspect
During monitoring of social networks, employees of the SPENM of the Bishkek City Police Department discovered an account under the name "Zholdosh Syrgakov," from which videos with negative content were being disseminated. Law enforcement noted that such materials could harm the reputation of high-ranking officials of the state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic, considering the wide audience of Facebook.
This incident was recorded in the JUY of the City Police Department, which became the basis for initiating a preliminary investigation. During the investigation, it was established that the owner of the account is a citizen, J.S., born in 1983.
During procedural actions, citizen J.S. did not comply with the lawful demands of the police officers and used obscene language towards them.
As a result of the investigation, the materials of the case against J.S. were transferred to the Public Safety Service of the Pervomaisky District Police Department. A protocol was drawn up against him under Article 126 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic (petty hooliganism), after which he was placed in a temporary detention facility.
