In the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, police officers detained a man who used obscene language in a public place. This was reported by the Internal Affairs Department of the Lenin District.
According to law enforcement, on January 31, a young man, 18 years old, went to one of the city's hospitals after being insulted. A video also appeared on social media showing an unknown person using foul language towards the victim.
As a result of the preliminary investigation, a citizen born in 1998 was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility. A protocol was drawn up against him under Article 126 of the Code of Administrative Offenses for "Minor Hooliganism," and examinations regarding the victim's bodily injuries were appointed.
