“As a result of the investigation, a criminal case was initiated. The owner of the account was identified as a resident of Balakchy named Zh.E. During a search of his home, law enforcement officers found a mobile phone, which was sent for forensic linguistic examination. By the decision of the Ak-Suu District Court, the suspect was placed under house arrest for a period of two months,” the official release states.
