“Information about this case was recorded in the Unified Register of Crimes (URC) of the Ak-Suu District Department of Internal Affairs, which served as the basis for initiating a criminal case under part 1 of article 332 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Law enforcement officers conducted a sanctioned search at the suspect's residence, during which a mobile phone was seized, which will be used as physical evidence. A comprehensive forensic linguistic examination has also been appointed.
