The incident occurred while under the influence of alcohol
According to information provided by the Internal Affairs Department of the Chui region, a case of domestic violence occurred in Tokmak. A woman named I.A., born in 1976, contacted the police for help regarding her son, I.S., born in 1992.
She stated that while under the influence of alcohol, her son used physical force, resulting in her sustaining bodily injuries, including a fracture of her left arm. A forensic medical examination was conducted to determine the extent of the injuries.
In connection with the incident, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 177 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The suspect has been detained and placed in a temporary detention facility. The investigation into the circumstances of the incident is currently ongoing.
