– the honorary consul of Turkey in Osh, Arslan Baiogliev,
– parliamentarians from Turkey and Azerbaijan,
– as well as representatives from Kazakhstan.
Today, November 30, early elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh are taking place in Kyrgyzstan.
A total of 460 candidates are participating in the elections. The country is divided into 30 electoral districts, and three deputies will be elected from each district to the parliament, who will receive the highest number of votes.
