Additionally, each candidate has their own observers at the elections.
Currently, the situation in the region remains calm. Monitoring is being conducted by representatives of the OSCE and the interparliamentary group, as well as observers from Uzbekistan.
According to information posted on the website of the Central Election Commission (CEC), a total of about 800 international observers have been accredited for the extraordinary elections of deputies to the Jogorku Kenesh.
To ensure security during the elections, more than 1,000 law enforcement officers and over 1,200 members of public patrols have been mobilized.
The elections are taking place at 460 polling stations in the Jalal-Abad region. The total number of registered voters is 796,537 people.
