Of the total number of appeals:
- 15 were sent directly to the CEC,
- 9 — through district commissions,
- 12 — through the coordination group responsible for the CEC's operational response.
Zhilkybaev noted that most complaints are related to suspicions of vote buying, violations in the campaigning process, abuse of administrative resources, as well as the dissemination of false information and other offenses.
According to information from the CEC's Working Group, the largest number of statements came from the following regions:
- Chui Region — 9,
- Batken Region — 8,
- Bishkek City — 6,
- Issyk-Kul Region — 5,
- Osh Region — 4.
The smallest number of appeals was registered from Naryn, Talas, and Jalal-Abad regions.
On the same day, November 30, voting is taking place in Kyrgyzstan for the early elections of deputies to the Jogorku Kenesh, with 460 candidates participating. The country is divided into 30 electoral districts, from each of which 3 deputies will be elected to parliament based on the highest number of votes received.
