According to the expert, the volume of transactions for buying and selling housing decreased by 9.1 percent, but at the same time, the monetary volume of the market did not increase.
Kuluyev also pointed out that the decrease in the number of transactions confirms the reduced availability of housing and the decline in the real purchasing power of citizens.
The main reasons for this situation he cited were the lack of land plots for the construction of multi-story buildings, the rise in prices for construction materials and builder services, as well as the preferences that apply only to state projects.
