On January 24, a lecture titled "Art and Architecture of the Renaissance: Man, Science, and Beauty" will be held at the National Museum of Fine Arts named after Gapar Aitiev. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Culture.

Participants in the lecture will be able to familiarize themselves with the key aspects of Renaissance art, as well as with innovative approaches in architecture and the ideas that inspired artists of that era.

"The Renaissance, or the Age of Revival, became one of the greatest cultural achievements in human history. Overcoming the constraints of the Middle Ages, this period, which elevated man, science, and beauty to cult status, opened new horizons of thought. It was during these years that masters such as Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo, Raphael, and Botticelli created their masterpieces, fundamentally changing the course of art," the statement notes.

The lecture will be conducted by Akzhibek Beishebayeva, and its duration will be 1-1.5 hours.
