In his address, he noted that the city is actively working on road expansion and improving conditions for residents, expressing satisfaction with the positive changes taking place in Osh. In particular, Isirailev urged the city's mayor, Jenishbek Toktorbaev, to pay attention to the condition of the courtyards of apartment buildings.
The deputy emphasized that new multi-story buildings are equipped with playgrounds; however, older homes face the problem of outdated and unsafe play areas for children. Moreover, in several courtyards, playgrounds are completely absent.
Isirailev called for the need to improve the landscaping of courtyards, focusing on the condition of playgrounds, asphalting, and the overall visual design of the internal territories.
