According to the concept, the building will house office spaces, a hotel, restaurants, and retail areas. The project envisions the use of architectural and design solutions related to the theme of aviation.
It is noteworthy that one of the key features of the new complex will be a helipad on the roof. Asman Airlines, part of JSC "Airports of Kyrgyzstan," plans to organize business and tourist helicopter flights around Bishkek and its surroundings. In this regard, the acquisition of a helicopter is anticipated," the statement said.
The building will be constructed at the corner of Manas Avenue and Bokonaev Street.
