Starting from December 5, 2025, Asman Airlines will begin regular direct flights from Almaty to Karakol, to the International Airport of this city. This information was announced by representatives of OJSC "Airports of Kyrgyzstan".
Flights will be operated twice a week: on Fridays and Sundays. The departure time is set for 11:35, with the return flight at 12:35. The minimum ticket price will be 6500 som.
The statement emphasizes that the resumption of this route is a significant step towards improving regional air transportation: regular flights between Almaty and Karakol have not been operated since the 1970s, and connections only existed in the 2010s.
