The airline MIAT Mongolian Airlines has announced the launch of regular flights between Singapore and Ulaanbaatar, which will operate twice a week starting from November 4, 2025!
During an emergency meeting of the Ministry of Roads and Transport, plans were announced for the national carrier MIAT to launch a new route.

The first flight from Ulaanbaatar to Singapore is scheduled for November 4. As of October 27, the company has transported 983,000 passengers and completed 3,526 flights, which is a 2.7% increase compared to the same period last year. In addition, 8,579 tons of cargo have been transported.

The CEO of MIAT, Mönkhtamir Batbayar, stated: “Currently, we operate flights to 14 international and 8 regional destinations, averaging 10 flights a day. In the summer, this number increases to 25-30 flights a day; however, with the transition to the winter schedule that occurred two days ago, the number of flights to some cities has decreased. For example, there are now two flights a day to Seoul, compared to 14 per week previously.”

Starting January 1, 2026, in accordance with the concession agreement between the two countries, an increase in takeoff-landing fees and additional payments at Chinggis Khaan International Airport is planned.
