Kasymaiev proposed the UAE to introduce a visa-free regime for citizens of Kyrgyzstan

The issue was raised during negotiations in Dubai at the World Government Summit

During negotiations with the Vice President of the UAE, Deputy Prime Minister Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Adylbek Kasymaiev proposed to discuss the possibility of introducing visa-free entry for citizens of Kyrgyzstan to the United Arab Emirates.

According to Kasymaiev, simplifying visa procedures could significantly enhance business, investment, and humanitarian relations between the two countries. He also emphasized that the UAE remains an important trading partner for Kyrgyzstan in the Middle East, with a trade volume expected to reach approximately 150 million dollars by 2025.

During the discussions, the parties also addressed issues related to expanding trade and economic cooperation, attracting investments, and joint projects. The Kyrgyz side invited Emirati investors and representatives of sovereign funds to participate in significant investment initiatives, as well as in the upcoming forum "Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf - Central Asia," scheduled for April 2026 in Bishkek.

Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan expressed the UAE's interest in further deepening economic partnership and developing business interactions with Kyrgyzstan.
