According to the investigation, the director and his accomplice conspired to carry out fraudulent practices. Under the guise of assisting in obtaining plots for individual housing construction (IHC) in the village of Blagoveshchenka, located in the Suzak district, they sold land using forged documents issued by the local government. The price of one plot ranged from 700,000 to 1.5 million soms.
To cover their actions, the suspects resorted to mechanisms of state commissions dealing with contentious issues of land amnesty. Both detainees have been placed in the GKNB detention center. Currently, law enforcement agencies continue to clarify all the details of the criminal scheme, the total amount of damage caused, and identify other possible accomplices.
