The soloists of the Kyrgyz National Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet named after Abdylas Maldybaev held a series of charity concerts for elderly people and individuals with disabilities who are unable to attend theatrical performances due to health conditions. The theater's press service reports this.
The first performance took place at the Lower-Serafimovsk nursing home for the elderly and people with disabilities, after which the artists visited the "House of Hamid" boarding house. The concerts were filled with an atmosphere of sincerity and human warmth.
The program featured arias from famous operas, popular Neapolitan melodies, as well as works by Kyrgyz and Soviet composers.
On stage performed the People's Artists of Kyrgyzstan Kaimbek Kusakov and Sadyrbek Jumashov, as well as the Honored Artists Baktygul Bokojeva and Nurzhigit Asanov. The winner of an international competition, Elgiz Beyshenbaev, along with Salyima Mamatova, Ermek Maraimov, Angelika Fedorova, and other soloists of the theater, also delighted the audience. The concertmaster was Nurzhan Toktobekova.
The diverse program prepared by director Nayla Rakhmadieva allowed each viewer to feel part of a significant cultural event. A painting master class was held at the Lower-Serafimov nursing home by the People's Artist of Kyrgyzstan Talaybek Usubaliev, who conducted the session under the guidance of Meerim Akmatkulova. Participants eagerly immersed themselves in creativity, sharing emotions and memories.
At the end of the concerts, guests were treated to a generous dastarkhan with aromatic pilaf and other delicacies.
The organizers of the events emphasize that the main goal of the activities was not only to gift music but also to remind about the importance of attention and simple human communication for those in need. These days became an example of how the stage comes closer to the audience, and hearts are filled with warmth.
