Director of the theater Nailya Rakhmadieva noted that the event aimed to introduce schoolchildren to classical art. Local residents eagerly awaited the artists, and many children, their parents, and friends gathered in the school’s sports hall.
The students listened attentively to arias from works by famous composers such as G. Verdi, G. Puccini, G. Rossini, C. Gounod, and R. Leoncavallo, as well as pieces by Kyrgyz authors, including N. Davlesov, K. Moldobasanov, A. Ogonbaev, A. Aitaliev, and M. Bayetov. For many of them, this was their first experience with professional opera singing, and the event's goal of making opera accessible and understandable was successfully achieved.
