Outstanding soloists of Kyrgyz opera will participate in the event, as well as the A. Jumakhmatov State Academic Symphony Orchestra and the theater's symphony orchestra. In addition, the presidential chamber orchestra "Manas" and a combined choir representing the Kyrgyz Opera and Ballet Theater, the Kyrgyz National Conservatory, and the M. Kurenkeev State Music College will perform.
The concert will be conducted by the People's Artist of the Kyrgyz Republic Rakhatebek Osmonaliyev and Medet Osmonov.

Muratbek Begaliyev is not only a composer but also an educator, as well as a public and state figure. He is the founder of the Kyrgyz National Conservatory and was born in 1955 in the village of Min-Kush in the Naryn region. After graduating from an eight-year school, he entered the M. Abdrayev Republican Secondary Special Music School-Boarding School, and in 1974 he became a student of the composition faculty at the B. Beishenaliev Kyrgyz State Institute of Arts, where he studied under Professor Abdrayev, one of the leading composers in the country. In 1977, he continued his education at the Moscow State Conservatory named after P. I. Tchaikovsky, completing his postgraduate studies in 1984 and undergoing an internship in Paris and Cologne.Since 1993, Muratbek Begaliyev has held the position of rector of the Kyrgyz National Conservatory, and from September 2024, he will be the general director of the A. Maldybaev Kyrgyz National Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet.
He is the initiator of the creation of the Large Symphony Orchestra, the folk instruments orchestra, and the wind orchestra of the Bishkek mayor's office, and he also organizes music festivals and concerts featuring world-class artists.
Begaliyev's works, such as the poem "The Last Day of Pompeii," "Childhood Melodies," "Festive Overture," "Manas Sonata" for violin and piano, "Kyrgyz Suite," and others, are successfully performed both in Kyrgyzstan and abroad.
He has also composed music for 30 films and 20 plays, including "Descendant of the White Leopard," "Snowstorm Station," "Crane Feathers," "Semetey, Son of Manas," "Mother's Field," "Night of Memories of Socrates," and "The White Cloud of Genghis Khan."
Begaliyev's students achieve success on the international stage and work in various countries, including Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Austria, France, and Switzerland.
