In the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, the opening of the second resource center called "Эне үйү," which translates to "Mother's House," took place. This became known from the official statement of the Ministry of Labor, Social Protection, and Migration.

According to the information from the ministry, several memorandums of cooperation were signed between the ministry, the public fund "League of Child Rights Defenders," and the private fund Mother’s Home International Foundation. This step emphasizes the importance of collaboration between government structures and the civil sector in the field of child and family rights protection.

The ministry highlights the significance of joint efforts to prevent violence, abuse, and discrimination against children. It also emphasizes the development of alternative care mechanisms and family upbringing.

In collaboration with the public fund "League of Child Rights Defenders," programs aimed at protecting children from difficult life circumstances, enhancing the qualifications of specialists working with children, and creating an effective inter-agency interaction system are planned.

As part of the cooperation with the Mother’s Home International Foundation, special attention will be paid to the social project "Эне үйү." This resource center is designed to support mothers and children in crisis situations and aims to prevent the abandonment of newborns by providing psychological, medical, and social-legal assistance to pregnant and young women.

It is noteworthy that the first resource center "Эне үйү" was opened in Bishkek in May 2025.
