During his visit to "Kelechek," the minister familiarized himself with the center's operations, the number of clients served, and the staff composition. According to the center's director, at the time of his visit, there were 45 people present, including 33 children and 28 accompanying adults. Additionally, 12 children attended the center on a day-care basis.









Following the visit, Kanat Sagynbaev instructed the center's administration to improve public awareness of the free services offered and to focus on an individual approach to each child to ensure quality rehabilitation assistance.

Next, the minister and Deputy Mayor Viktoriya Mozgacheva inspected crisis centers for the protection of women and children. They visited the municipal center "Ayalzat," which provides social and psychological support to victims of domestic violence and gender-based violence. According to the center's management, in 2024-2025, assistance was provided to 96 women and 185 children. The center offers temporary accommodation, psychological assistance, social support, legal consultations, and referrals to specialized institutions. The main goal of the center's work is to ensure the safety and protection of the rights of women and children.


Additionally, the minister visited the "Single Window" center, which provides comprehensive assistance to victims of sexual violence and human trafficking, including psychological, medical, social, and legal support in a confidential and safe environment.


The minister emphasized that the support and development of the network of crisis centers are important aspects of state policy in the field of protecting the rights of women and children, as well as preventing violence.
