The Minister of Labor, Social Protection, and Migration Kanat Sagynbaev conducted an inspection of crisis centers that provide support to women and children who have become victims of violence on January 27.
Together with the Vice Mayor of the capital Bishkek, Viktoria Mozgacheva, he visited the municipal crisis center "Ayalzat." Here, victims of domestic and gender-based violence receive social and psychological assistance. Representatives of the center reported that in 2024–2025, assistance was provided to 281 people, including 96 women and 185 children. Victims can rely on temporary shelter services, psychological support, social assistance, legal consultations, and referrals to specialized services.

Additionally, the minister familiarized himself with the work of the "Single Window" Center, established with the support of the Ministry of Labor. This center provides comprehensive assistance to victims of sexual violence and human trafficking, including psychological, medical, social, and legal support in a safe and confidential environment.

Sagynbaev emphasized that the development and support of the network of crisis centers is a key aspect of state policy aimed at protecting the rights of women and children, as well as preventing violence.

As part of the state social order, the Ministry of Labor launched a project aimed at supporting women and girls who have suffered from domestic violence and human trafficking. A 24-hour hotline 5200 has also been established, where citizens can receive free, anonymous, and confidential assistance.
