Among those depicted in the photo are individuals who have already been arrested in connection with the early presidential elections case, such as Aaly Karashev, Bekbolot Talgarbekov, and Emil Uzakbaev.
At this time, Jenishbek Toktorbaev has not commented on this situation.
It is worth noting that 75 former public and political figures appealed to President Sadyr Japarov with an initiative to hold early elections.
As a result, a criminal case was initiated under part 1 of article 278 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning mass riots, as this appeal caused a wide public resonance and exacerbated the political situation in the country, according to law enforcement agencies.
On the morning of February 11, the 75 signatories of the appeal were taken to the investigative service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, while five of them were detained and sent to pre-trial detention.
