During the meeting of the Road Council, one of the residents of the capital of Kyrgyzstan proposed the creation of a night route for municipal transport.

She emphasized that the existing routes close too early, which creates difficulties for people who need to get home or to their workplaces.

Ulanbek Beyshenbaev, the director of the Department of Transport and Road Infrastructure Development of the city hall, reported that currently, city transport operates until 1 AM; however, some drivers may finish their shifts earlier than the established time.

City hall representatives promised to consider this proposal and analyze the possibility of changing tariffs for the night route.

Additionally, it was announced at the Road Council that significant changes will occur in bus routes in Bishkek, the number of dedicated lanes for transport will be increased, and new hourly fares for travel will be introduced.
