An article has been published in the journal "Healthcare of Kyrgyzstan," which examines the level of compliance among patients suffering from acne and rosacea. The study was conducted by A. Shakirova, who analyzes modern approaches to assessing patient adherence to treatment and the factors influencing the implementation of medical recommendations.

In this work, compliance is considered as the patient's willingness to follow the doctor's prescriptions, including medication treatment. It emphasizes that the patient's active participation in the therapy process depends on their motivation, awareness of the disease, psycho-emotional state, and social factors.

The aim of the study was to describe modern methods for assessing compliance in patients with acne and rosacea. Specialized scales and questionnaires were used in the process, as well as practical tools to enhance adherence to therapy, including individual consultations, reminders, and visual materials such as photographs, slides, and videos that could be sent to patients via the WhatsApp messenger.

According to the author, studying compliance requires an interdisciplinary approach and collaboration between medical and psychological specialists. Adherence to medical prescriptions affects not only the effectiveness of treatment but also its economic aspects.

In conclusion, it is emphasized that compliance is an important element of successful treatment and requires a comprehensive approach that includes psychological, educational, and organizational measures.
