
The ministry issued 1,981 directives, which helped eliminate 7,777 of the identified violations. As a result, the total amount of damage caused to nature amounted to 130 million 961 thousand soms.
Inspectors conducted 3,619 inspections among entrepreneurs, resulting in the same number of reports.
Fines and Recoveries
Based on the violations, 4,547 protocols were drawn up, and fines were imposed totaling 73 million 710 thousand soms. As of December 31, 2025, 66 million 145 thousand soms were recovered, which is 89.7 percent of the total amount.
Additionally, the ministry filed 474 lawsuits for a total of 57 million 251 thousand soms for causing harm to the environment. Including cases from previous years, the execution of the lawsuits amounted to 35 million 341.3 thousand soms or 61.6 percent.

The primary focus of the ministry's work has been ensuring the quality of atmospheric air. Inspectors recorded 260 violations in this area and imposed fines totaling 6 million 478 thousand soms. They also checked 472 vehicles for harmful emissions and identified 231 violations.
As part of radiation safety, experts participated 51 times in interdepartmental commissions at the railway checkpoint "Kainy," where they measured the radiation background of mineral fertilizers in 159 wagons.
