In Kyrgyzstan, "Mektep 21" will be established - a school of digital technologies for adults

The government of Kyrgyzstan has approved a resolution to create a new educational institution called "Mektep 21 - School of Digital Technologies," which will operate under the auspices of the Ministry of Education.

The main task of this school is to provide additional education for adults in the field of information technology. The project aims to develop digital learning, as well as to ensure citizens have access to modern IT programs and to prepare qualified specialists who will be in demand in the labor market.

The Cabinet of Ministers emphasized that education in the new school will be implemented using modern methodologies and digital technologies, which should contribute to improving the quality and efficiency of the educational process.

According to the resolution, a standard structure and staffing schedule for the institution have also been approved, as well as coefficients for calculating the salary fund. The minimum base rate for calculating salaries will be 7,040 soms.

Funding for the school will be provided from the republican budget, which is allocated for state programs and activities.

The Ministry of Education has been tasked with developing the charter of the new school, registering it with the relevant justice authorities, and ensuring the organization and coordination of the institution's work.

The resolution will come into effect 10 days after its signing.
