The conditions are extremely cramped, roads are being damaged in the alleys, creating inconveniences for local residents. Before the Ministry of Construction issues permits, such decisions need to be carefully considered. It is necessary to check whether they actually visited the site or just made decisions in offices for money. A permit issued without proper checks is considered legal, but it shouldn't be this way. Chaotic construction must be stopped immediately," he emphasized.
Additionally, Bekeshev mentioned that the general construction plan was discussed, but changes were made that the residents do not agree with. He cited the residents of Son-Kulsky Alley and Shukurov Street, who requested to preserve their area for individual construction. "Initially, their requests were taken into account, but now multi-story construction is planned there. People cannot sleep at night. It is also worth noting that Ata-Tyurk Park is not properly designated in the project," the deputy added.
