The ban on entry to the botanical reserve "Aigul-Tash," located in the Batken region, has been extended by local authorities. The Akim of the Batken district, Danir Imanaliev, signed the relevant decree.

According to the new document, visitor access to the reserve will be closed until March 1, 2027. Previously, the restrictions were in effect from April 1, 2023, to April 1, 2026.

This decision was made to strengthen the protection of the rare Aigul flower, which grows exclusively in this region.

The closure of the area will ensure the necessary level of protection and will also allow for infrastructure improvement work to be carried out.

After all protective and development measures are completed, the reserve will be prepared for safer and more comfortable visits by tourists.
