In addition, the concreting of the foundation slab was conducted before the completion of the earthworks.
It was also found that this facility was not included in the unified state register of construction projects. Violations of labor protection and safety regulations posed a threat to the life and health of workers.
On February 10, 2026, a warning was sent to the company regarding the need to rectify the violations; however, the instructions were not followed.
As a result, LLC "Legion Construction" was fined 200,000 soms, and work was suspended until all identified violations were fully corrected.
