Aliyev specified that the park or square is planned to cover an area of 20 hectares. He noted that a preliminary design has already been developed and funding is allocated, but there are several issues that need to be resolved. In particular, it was revealed that part of the land is privately owned, and legal proceedings are underway to return these plots to state ownership. Additionally, the Aalamidin River flows through this territory, which raises further safety concerns.
Deputy Tabyldy Muratbekov emphasized the importance of expediting the resolution of these issues, as it is extremely necessary for the residents of the surrounding areas.
