Films reflecting the modern realities and cultural values of Kyrgyzstan will be shown at the historic Atlas cinema.
From March 24 to 26, a festival of Kyrgyz cinema will take place in Istanbul at the Atlas cinema, according to information from the Ministry of Culture.
The festival program includes the drama by Aktan Ariman Kubat "Kara Kyzyl Sary," the film by Dastan Japar uulu "Kachkyn," and the continuation of the successful film by Ruslan Akun "Paradise Under the Feet of Mothers 2."
These artistic works raise various themes, including personal tragedies and important social issues faced by society.
As noted by the Ministry of Culture, participation in international film festivals helps to highlight the unique artistic style of Kyrgyz cinema and strengthen the image of Kyrgyzstan as a cultural center in the region.
