Best Production Designer — Elchibek Shamenov, film "Kachkyn";
The title of Best Sound Designer was awarded to Kalibek Sherniyazov for "Beyish enenin tamanynda" ("Heaven at the Feet of Mothers");
Best Composer — Balasagyn Musaev, film "Kachkyn";
Best Male Role — Emil Esenaliev, film "Beyish enenin tamanynda" ("Heaven at the Feet of Mothers");
Best Female Role — Anara Nazarkulova, film "Beyish enenin tamanynda" ("Heaven at the Feet of Mothers");
Best Cinematographer — Bolsunbek Taalaybek, film "Kachkyn";
The award for Best Screenplay went to Dastan Japar uulu and Aktan Ryskeldiev for the film "Kachkyn";
Best Director — Ruslan Akun, film "Beyish enenin tamanynda" ("Heaven at the Feet of Mothers");
Best Documentary Film — "Psy", directors Aliman Toktogulova and Karash Zhanishov;
Best Short Film — "Baylanysh" ("Connection"), director Jandos Zholdoshov;
The Special Award "For Contribution to the Development of National Cinematography" was presented to Rakiya Sharshenova;
Best Film of Central Asia — "Kuzgu shamal" ("Autumn Breeze") from Kazakhstan, director Adil Merekenov;
The award for Best Film went to "Kachkyn", directed by Dastan Japar uulu.
The National Film Award "Ak Ilbirs" was established to support and promote Kyrgyz cinematic art, as well as to recognize creative achievements and foster cultural interaction both within the country and beyond its borders.
