On March 22, the picturesque Chunkurchak gorge will host the open championship of the capital in sports tourism, dedicated to mountain distances. This was announced by Vladimir Agafonov, president of the Federation of Sports Tourism in Bishkek.
The competitions will begin at 09:00 and will include a series of technically challenging tasks, such as overcoming rocky sections, creating suspended crossings, and practicing first aid skills, as well as transporting injured individuals in mountainous terrain.
The organizers emphasize the importance of tactical preparation and team cohesion for achieving success in the competitions. Both professional climbers and sports tourists can participate in the championship.
