Current data is the key to correct tax calculation
The State Tax Service (STS) has once again reminded owners of non-residential properties about the importance of timely tax payment. The relevant information was provided by the institution's press service.
According to their information, tax payments are made quarterly in equal installments by the following deadlines:
* by March 20;
* by June 20;
* by September 20;
* by December 20.
Information about assessed property taxes can be checked in the Taxpayer Cabinet on the official website cabinet.salyk.kg.
It is important to note that the accuracy of property tax calculations directly depends on the relevance of the information contained in the registration systems of government agencies.
The STS advises taxpayers to compare their property documents with the data provided by the State Institution "Cadastre."
Additionally, property owners are recommended to check the accuracy of tax assessments in the Taxpayer Cabinet for the following categories:
* non-residential buildings, premises, and structures;
* land of populated areas;
* land of non-agricultural designation.
If errors or incorrect assessments are found, taxpayers should contact the State Institution "Cadastre" and the territorial offices of the STS at the location of the property for clarification and correction of data.
