The service called for data verification
The State Tax Service of the Kyrgyz Republic has begun the process of automated property tax assessments. In this regard, citizens are strongly advised to check their data, as reported by the service.
According to information from the GNS, property tax will now be calculated and paid by tax authorities based on the location of real estate or land plots. For this purpose, an automated system responsible for property tax assessments is being configured.
To ensure the correct formation of tax liabilities for 2026, the Tax Service urges both individuals and legal entities to conduct a preliminary verification of the data contained in the title documents against the information from the State Agency for Land Resources, Cadastre, Geodesy, and Cartography under the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan (State Enterprise "Cadastre").
It is necessary to check the accuracy of the following data:
- TIN of the owner;
- surname, first name, patronymic or name of the legal entity;
- area of real estate and land plots;
- purpose of the properties;
- ownership shares;
- registration dates and other parameters specified in the title documents.
"Data verification will ensure correct automated property tax assessments and prevent possible discrepancies," noted the GNS.
