According to experts, the most expensive real estate is located in Bishkek. The capital's real estate market demonstrates the highest prices in the country.
The average cost of a square meter of residential housing in Bishkek is 176,100 soms, apartments are valued at 106,600 soms, and commercial spaces at 94,800 soms. Comparative prices are also observed in the Osh region and some areas of the Chui region.
As for industrial real estate, its price in the capital reaches 49,900 soms, while social housing will cost 37,900 soms per square meter.
On the other end of the spectrum, the most affordable real estate is found in the Aksy district, where social housing can be purchased for 6,400 soms per square meter. In the Jumgal district, prices for apartments start at just 4,670 soms per square meter.
