He noted that the current price per square meter of housing ranges from $1100 to $1200.
The mayor also mentioned the construction of mortgage houses. "Initially, we allocated 27 hectares of land from the State Investment Corporation, but construction could not begin there due to the close proximity of groundwater. Instead, we proposed another plot: on the right side of the bypass road, there are 60 hectares of land where the construction of mortgage properties is planned. Currently, preparatory work is underway," he added.
