Next year, eight new productions will be launched in Kirgshelk. This was announced by the mayor of Kant, Ulan Mailibashev, in the podcast "Kabar Podcast."
According to the mayor, as a result of the administrative-territorial reform, the villages of Kirgshelk and Luxembourg became part of the city of Kant. "After the reform, we actively engaged in the development of these villages, and we are already seeing positive results. Our goal is to create an economic zone in Kirgshelk where new production facilities will operate," he noted.
Mailibashev added that out of the 16 hectares of allocated land, 1.5 hectares will be used for the construction of a treatment facility, while the remaining area will host mini-factories and plants. "We expect to attract eight investors for the organization of furniture production, sewing products, transformer assembly, as well as a sock manufacturing factory. All these enterprises will be safe for local residents. We will provide electricity ourselves, and the investors will take care of construction and replenishing the local budget," he commented.
According to plans, the new factories and plants are set to start operating in a year.
