Deputy: Hero Mothers Request a Sanatorium to be Opened for Them

At a meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, Deputy Gulnara Baatyrova proposed the creation of a boarding house for heroic mothers. She noted that approximately 37,000 women in the country have been honored with this high title.

According to Baatyrova, the majority of them are middle-aged and elderly women who, while raising children and working, face health issues. Despite this, there are no provisions for sanatorium and resort treatment for this category of citizens. "These women are raising the future of our nation, and they need a state sanatorium that could be located by the lake or in another picturesque place," the deputy emphasized, calling for increased support for heroic mothers.
