Deputy Minister Soyuzbek Nadyrbekov reported that the commission includes representatives from various agencies, including the city administration and the city council of Osh, as well as the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Spiritual Administration of Muslims, researchers from Osh State University, and museum experts.
The main task of the commission will be to preserve the historical and cultural heritage of the protected area, as well as to improve sanitary conditions and fire safety. In addition, there will be outreach work with the population, during which elements that do not meet established requirements will need to be removed from the cemetery. For this purpose, a fatwa will be obtained from the Spiritual Administration of Muslims.
