An engineering inspection of a five-story residential building at 20 Fuchik Street in Bishkek was conducted following a video appeal sent to the relevant authorities. The Ministry of Construction reported that the inspection was carried out at the request of Minister Nurdana Oruntaeva.

Specialists from the State Institute of Seismic Resistant Construction and Engineering Design, led by Director Kanat Kanbolotov, conducted the inspection of the facility.

Preliminary data indicate prolonged operation of the building with violations, as well as a lack of timely major repairs to the engineering systems. As a result, the walls have been damaged, and the reinforced concrete ceilings have suffered from corrosion.

The current condition of the building has been deemed potentially hazardous, and a final technical conclusion will be prepared after the completion of comprehensive engineering studies.

Information about the condition of the house has also been communicated to the residents and the Bishkek City Hall.
