Maksatbek Arynov has been appointed as the director of "Tazalyk," who previously headed the Mobilization Reserve Service of the city hall.
It should be noted that the mayor of the capital has relieved from their positions the akim of the October district, Zhanibek Orozaliyev, and his first deputy, Mayrambek Adylbekov. The reason for these measures was the unsatisfactory performance in the tasks of improving and enhancing the Orto-Sai market.
